Join volunteers of Palos Restoration Project at The Plush Horse,
Palos Park's iconic ice cream parlor, on Thursday April 4 at 7:00 p.m.
We'll talk about the coming of spring in local forest preserves, and the role
they play as home for native plants and wildlife. We'll discuss the importance of protecting these preserves and ways you can help take care of them.
We'll also offer a free scoop of The Plush Horse's renowned ice cream to the first 25 arrivals, and will have coffee and lemonade as refreshments.
Thursday April 4, 7- 8 p.m.
Come to The Plush Horse, at McCarthy Road and 86th Avenue in Palos Park, in the upstairs meeting room.
